living in Slough and the surrounding areas.
We provide our services to a wide range of service providers
from the statutory, private and voluntary sectors to
enable them to make their services equally accessible
to minority ethnic communities.
In addition to interpreting and translating,
we provide a consultancy service for statutory, voluntary
and private sector organisations.

trained professional interpreters for liaison interpreting
in a wide range of situations including Local Authority
Offices, GP Clinics, Hospitals, Courts, Police Stations,
formal and informal gatherings such as Consultation
Meetings, Conferences, Training Events and Group Meetings.
Our interpreters enable better and effective communication
between service providers and service users from minority
ethnic communities.
Our interpreters can also assist both
parties with cultural, religious, traditional and linguistic
issues.

We provide
written translations of a wide range of materials such
as leaflets, news letters, official letters, posters,
birth and marriage certificates. Translations can be
provided in different forms and formats.

advice to service providers on:
- Appropriate and effective use of interpreters.
- Appropriateness of materials to be translated
and the range of languages in which it should be made
available.
- Layout and format of the translated materials
before final printing to ensure correct printing takes
place.
- Training and support for staff to enable them
to work more effectively with interpreters.
